Refunds & Order Cancellation
We're confident that you'll appreciate your purchase from us, however, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a full refund or exchange.
We offer all our clients the opportunity to return items within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be consulted with ARTLE beforehand. To make a return, please contact us to register your return. After receiving confirmation from a member of our customer care team, items may be returned via courier or brought back to the office of Ineichen Auctioneers at the following address:

The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender.
A full refund of the purchase price, will be provided upon the safe receipt of items in their original "as sold" condition, including paperwork, boxes, tags, user manual and service papers.
As part of our returns procedure, all items have to be inspected by our in-house experts to verify and confirm the original "as sold" condition of such item. If, on inspection, and provided you meet the return requirements mentioned above, the items are found to be faulty, we will either: agree to replace the items, repair them, or refund you for them, in part or in full.
We will make reasonable deductions for any wear and tear the items may have suffered whilst they were in your care. Any deviation from the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch, missing paperwork or box) will be deducted pari passu from the amount due to the client.
Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, but please allow up to 2 working weeks for funds to show in your account.
Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.
